Qantas says "it's possible" its retiring fleet of Boeing 747s could be used exclusively by frequent flyers in a series of farewell flights as the clock ticks towards the official end date of the 50-year-old jumbo.
Less than a week after Qantas announced its new rewards program for its multitude of frequent flyers, a report has emerged claiming the national carrier may be tempted to use its retiring fleet for a series of loyalty members following the success of a similar program with the Airbus A380.
