Celebrated Sydney restaurateurs Josh and Julie Niland will open their first diner in Australia outside their hometown in Hamilton Island, where the billionaire Oatley family is developing a new luxury resort.

Family-friendly The Sundays will sit alongside other major resorts on the island – owned by the Oatleys since 2003, when they purchased it for $200 million – including Qualia, which does not allow children.
