The world could use more yogis, says Adobe director
The joy of yoga isn’t just about how good it makes her feel, says Jennifer Mulveny – it’s about how she can bring that experience to others. She answers our Time Out Q&A.
Jennifer Mulveny is director of government relations and public policy for Asia-Pacific at Adobe. She lives in Sydney.
How did you get into yoga and how long have you been practising it?
It has been more than 25 years. I started practising in Washington DC, where I lived until I moved to Australia in 2014. I got into yoga mostly because I was competing in triathlons at the time and I found it really helped with recovery and preventing injuries.
