Peyton Caffey has played AFL since he was five. 

Peyton Caffey is the human resources director for Australia and New Zealand at software company ServiceNow. He lives in Sydney.

First memory of playing AFL?
My first memory is from back home in Perth when I was five, running around on a Sunday morning at Auskick, learning to play the game with my family cheering me on from the sidelines. There was a real community around the game in Perth, and I come from a family that loves footy. I have family members who played at the highest levels of the game, and I was inspired to play more seriously when my cousin Mark Seaby was drafted to the West Coast Eagles.
