Every morning, Michael Wadley has a COVID-19 RAT at home or heads downstairs to the lobby where a team of medical professionals is waiting to test everyone who must check on their status.
The partner at law firm MinterEllison is one of only a handful of foreigners in his Shanghai apartment block, which is part of a sprawling complex housing 11,000 people across 35 buildings.
