How did you get into yoga and how long have you been practising it?
When Engage & Grow took off internationally six years ago, I was travelling extensively. I was on long-haul flights every three to four weeks and stuck in boardrooms or auditoriums for days at a time. I was experiencing frequent headaches and back aches. Based on my years in sport, I knew I needed to stretch and move my body more when I was travelling. Yoga had always appealed to me, so I started practising whenever I had time, whether it was in an airport or my hotel room. I started with a fantastic app called Down Dog and yoga quickly became a passion.
