An Australian chef with a two Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin has collaborated with an Irish whiskey maker to create something exceptional and very exclusive.
Head down a dark alleyway in the Dublin suburb of Blackrock and you might be lucky enough to stumble upon Liath, the award-winning restaurant of expat Australian chef Damien Grey.
It’s not an easy find. The only clue in the alleyway, once the home of a Victorian-era farmers’ market, is a small red plaque to the left of a door adorned with two Michelin stars.
