Never mind that it’s 38 degrees in the shade, it’s the attitude. Talk about sunny. The optimism in Brisbane right now is relentless. Jaded southerners will need to pack sunglasses, not so much for the glare, but to shield themselves from the enthusiasm.
Having just spent a few days fine-dining my way across the city, I’m in shock. Our sunniest capital city has bounced back post-COVID to claim where-it’s-at status for the next decade. There is so much happening here. What gives?
