New executive culinary director Alexis Quaretti is serving classical French cuisine, of course, but expect additional inventive menus from Oceania Cruises.
Alexis Quaretti oversees the food in 61 different restaurants. To put that in context, British chef Gordon Ramsay, generally described as the world’s biggest single restaurant operator, runs 58 dining venues around the world.
But Quaretti’s restaurants are constantly moving, crossing the oceans and circulating the globe on a fleet of luxurious small ships far from land. Take that, Mr Ramsay.
