St. Agni’s version of pared-back perfection is garnering fans on a global scale.
It doesn’t come as a shock to hear St. Agni creative director Lara Fells declare that if her fashion career hadn’t taken off, she could have imagined herself as an architect.
It’s 10am on a blue-sky Thursday morning in the brand’s Byron Bay store, and the light is flooding through black steel-framed windows and pooling on its lustrous concrete floor. Garments carefully hung on slender racks line the glowing white walls of the voluminous space, which verges on hulking but has a quiet calm.
