Georgiana Huddart knows what her secret sauce is. “I know how to put myself in someone else’s shoes and imagine what they want,” the swimwear designer and co-owner of Hunza G tells me over espresso at the Cafe de la Paix, just a few steps from the Palais Garnier in the heart of Paris.

Huddart, a 182-centimetre Brit with nearly white blonde hair, stands out from the rest of the crowd here – mainly French businessmen having a quick coffee before heading to the office.
