Friday evening | Right now my husband and I are opening a bookstore. We’ll work until about 6pm on Fridays, after which we collect the children – we have two boys, aged 15 and 13 – from their rowing and fencing activities. Usually we’ll go out to eat as I’m never inspired to cook on a Friday night. There’s a place we’ve gone to since the boys were not even in the world. It’s called The Top, and it’s really close to us. It has a menu of solid favourites, a foosball table and lots of games. It’s a great neighbourhood place.
