Part-way through his 60-minute show, comedian Nazeem Hussain recalls buying a souvenir in Glenrowan, the Victorian town where bushranger Ned Kelly and his men destroyed a railway line: a paperweight.
“[Inside the paperweight] he is holding a rifle, he’s got his armour on, and he’s a hero in Australia for shooting cops,” says 39-year-old Hussain. “It made me wonder who we idolise, who is allowed to resist and be a rebel and question authority.
