Virgin to pay 61,000 flyers refunds for overpricing

About 61,000 travellers will get partial refunds after an error in Virgin Australia’s booking system overcharged thousands of flyers.

The airline said the error occurred between April 2020 and March this year, and the average amount to be refunded to passengers affected was $55.
