Captain Cook Cruises, SeaLink on the market in Kelsian review

Kelsian Group says it is exploring the sale of its vast portfolio of resorts, tours and ferry services as the country’s largest tourism and transport operator restructures to pay down debt and simplify its business.

The decision to consider whether to sell the portfolio – which includes the Fraser Island resort in Queensland, the SeaLink ferry services, Captain Cook Cruises in Sydney and other operations – came just a day after Kelsian’s new chief executive, Graeme Legh, started with the company.
