New research commissioned by the Victorian government is set to pit bosses wanting their staff back in the office against state tourism bodies hungry for regional tourists.
In the absence of international tourists, states and territories continue to spend money to lure Australians to take holidays at home, with Victoria urging people to use their new-found work flexibility to work from regional holiday spots.
