Domestic tourism could return to about 75 per cent of normal capacity by December pending any COVID-19 spikes, says former Liberal Party luminary Bruce Baird.
But the chairman of the Tourism and Transport Forum and Business Events Sydney said it would be a "slow moving" recovery for the already decimated tourism sector, which is losing more than $10 billion a month.
