How this tour guide pivoted when Chinese visitors stopped arriving

When ex-corporate lawyer Justin Steele launched his Sydney tour guide business in 2018, he used his Mandarin language skills to attract some of the 120,000 Chinese tourists who visited Australia each month.

Chinese tourists once represented more than 20 per cent of his business, but as they stopped coming to Australia, Mr Steele turned his focus to American, British and German sightseers.
