Telstra is as “disappointed” as Optus is delighted with Wednesday’s decision by the Australian Competition Tribunal. But as the plunge in its share price shows, it’s TPG that is most immediately damaged by the outcome of the big telco tussle.

The tribunal’s rejection of TPG’s regional network sharing deal with Telstra certainly had plenty of interested parties.
