Telstra quietly plots overhaul, job cuts in T25 push
Telstra is quietly planning to speed up the overhaul of its operations and job cuts as it attempts to extract $500 million in costs as part of its T25 strategy, confidential documents obtained by AFR Weekend show.
The moves would involve the loss of at least 113 jobs from its retail network alone, and widespread changes to consulting arm Telstra Purple, network management and sales support teams, according to internal emails.
