Optus appeals judgment in battle to keep Deloitte report secret
Optus is appealing a court ruling that could lead to the release of a forensic report into last year’s cyberattack, as a Commonwealth review into this month’s phone and internet outage gets under way.
Optus is trying to stop class-action law firm Slater & Gordon getting hold of a report that the telecommunications group commissioned from Deloitte into its 2022 cyberattack, which led to the personal information of some 10,200 customers being posted online.
