Tanami Gold NL has agreed to acquire Newmont Asia Pacific’s Groundrush gold project in the Northern Territory for $22 million.
Tanami Gold and exploration partner ABM Resources NL are also acquiring $10.775 million worth of non-core assets in the Tanami-Arunta gold province in the Northern Territory from Newmont.
