Exciting teenage debutant Sam Konstas has laid the platform for Australia to take early control of the Boxing Day Test against India at the MCG.

After Konstas smashed an instantly famous 60 during an extraordinary first-session blitz, Australia slowed down after lunch to go to tea at 2-176.
