Woolworths boss Brad Banducci says he has ambitions to significantly expand the supermarket’s media business after the company splashed $150 million in cash to buy a network of outdoor advertising screens last year.

The retailer has begun to integrate the Shopper Media business, acquired in July, into its Cartology unit, resulting in a handful of redundancies.
