Europe likens probe into cheap tomato exports to Beijing trade wars

The European Union has accused Australia of basing a probe into whether Italian producers are dumping cheap tomatoes on questionable evidence, suggesting it was similar to the conduct of Chinese authorities.
Australia is formally reviewing whether canned tomatoes exported from Italy and sold at Coles, Woolworths and Aldi as home brand products were dumped, as revealed by The Australian Financial Review last week.
