Cheese price inflation poses a fresh challenge to fast food chain Domino’s Pizza hitting the street’s profit estimates for the 2024 financial year, according to broker Barrenjoey.

Head of consumer research Tom Kierath slashed his earnings per share estimates over the three years out to 2025-26 by 4 per cent to 12 per cent, reflecting increased food costs, a slower store rollout, and weaker Japanese yen.
