Onus falls on business as SA prepares to open up

Adelaide Hills winery and restaurant owner Owen Inglis is looking past November 23 with some trepidation after the South Australian government announced on Monday new rules for how quarantine will operate if a COVID-19-positive person has visited a business.

Mr Inglis said October trading revenues for the Sidewood Estate winery and the restaurant near Hahndorf had been at record levels as locals relished being out and about in a state which had eliminated COVID-19 and had no cases for weeks.
