Noshu Foods eyes $4b opportunity in low sugar snacks
Food technology and innovator Noshu Foods, which makes low sugar snacks like cake mix and bars, is working with new Melbourne advisory firm Sayers Group to consider a fresh capital injection to help accelerate growth plans in a fast-growing sector.
The food technology group has created a “bank of IP” over the past decade to create products with significantly reduced sugar such as doughnuts, low-carb indulgence bars, nut bars, and pancake and cookie mix. Last month, it launched chocolate-based confectionery.
