Food technology and innovator Noshu Foods, which makes low sugar snacks like cake mix and bars, is working with new Melbourne advisory firm Sayers Group to consider a fresh capital injection to help accelerate growth plans in a fast-growing sector.
The food technology group has created a “bank of IP” over the past decade to create products with significantly reduced sugar such as doughnuts, low-carb indulgence bars, nut bars, and pancake and cookie mix. Last month, it launched chocolate-based confectionery.
