Maggie Beer cooks up robust sales from lockdowns

The chief executive of the newly-rebadged Maggie Beer Holdings says a solid rebound in sales is continuing in July for the gourmet foods producer, as well-known fund manager Geoff Wilson cheers from the sidelines after an early win from his 7.6 per cent stake.

Almost 98 per cent of the company's shareholders voted in favour of a name change from Longtable to Maggie Beer Holdings at a shareholder meeting on Thursday, with chief executive Chantale Millard convinced the move to install the star power of celebrity chef Maggie Beer onto the corporate vehicle will be an extra plus.
