Lorna Jane doubles profits as athleisure boom refuses to fade

Lorna Jane, the Brisbane-founded activewear brand that is now sold around the world, has doubled its annual profit to $21.3 million as strong demand for athletic lifestyle clothing persists well beyond the pandemic.

Accounts filed by the privately held company show the increase over the 12 months to June 30 from $11.6 million recorded one year earlier. It follows similarly positive financial updates from global giants like Canadian group Lululemon and German sporting goods producer Adidas.
