Kogan doubles loss but says return to profit ‘on track’

Kogan.com founder and chief executive Ruslan Kogan is betting that shoppers still want the latest technology as cost-of-living pressures and tight household budgets force them to spend more time at home and skip going out to restaurants and bars.

Mr Kogan told The Australian Financial Review there had been some pull forward of spending on bigger ticket items such as LED TVs and washing machines during the pandemic, but that was three years ago and technology needed upgrading.
