'It's time': Retailers push to reopen doors
Retailers eager to reopen their stores have called on governments to clarify the lockdown laws and on landlords to rewrite lease agreements as Australia's COVID-19 infection rate slows.
They say governments need to reconsider how long strict lockdown laws should remain in place and prepare to lift restrictions in low-risk areas and on activities so they can safely reopen shuttered stores.
