GenesisCare’s Florida cancer care clinics are to be sold to private equity-owned OneOncology, for a fraction of their former $1.5 billion valuation.
The sale of those GenesisCare assets by Oaktree Capital Management, as well as clinics in North Carolina to another buyer, for a total of about $US200 million ($304 million) ends a painful restructure of the Australian cancer treatment company.
