Care A2 Plus faces the prospect of being wound up amid a long-running dispute with a lender that alleged the infant formula manufacturer defaulted on a $2.2 million loan.
Care A2 Plus, one of a few companies handed a lucrative licence to import infant formula into the United States, became embroiled in a dispute with a subsidiary of Gemi Investments, which secured a 2021 loan to the baby formula company against a property in Melbourne.
