Endeavour says profit fell by more than expected across its pubs and liquor stores as the hospitality giant confirmed it would appoint Ari Mervis executive chairman as a search for a permanent chief executive drags on.
Mervis has been Endeavour’s chairman since last year, and the company confirmed a report in The Australian Financial Review that he would temporarily become executive chairman. He starts on March 17.
