Adore Beauty shares surge on accelerating revenue

Online retailer Adore Beauty said sales growth accelerated to 8.1 per cent at the start of the new half, sending its shares rallying 10 per cent after an interim result boosted by more repeat shoppers.

The Australian company founded by Kate Morris and James Height, who together still control 21.67 per cent of Adore, achieved record average order value, and annual spend per customer in the half when sales rose by 7 per cent to more than $100 million.
