Funlab, the operator of Strike Bowling and Holey Moley mini-golf, is installing a marketing and relationship management computer system to improve customer service and encourage increased use of its facilities after changes in its online booking system led to a sales surge.
One big shift involved showing available booking times at the start, not the end, of the booking process. The website alterations “smashed” its internal sales targets, Funlab chief marketing officer Oonagh Flanagan said.
