The CEOs who prefer to use their own staff over consultants
Global miner Rio Tinto uses an internal management consulting team to do work previously done by external advisers, chief executive Jean-Sebastien Jacques says.
Mr Jacques told The Australian Financial Review’s annual Chanticleer CEO survey that the internal team, which sits within the miner's Growth and Innovation group, provides advice and implementation services to executives as an alternative to using outside consultants.
