An incendiary all-staff email detailing pay, performance ratings and workplace enmities at Slater and Gordon was sent to 25 external sources by employees in the hour before it was deleted from the law firm’s internal servers.
The missive was also forwarded internally 275 times in the same period, including by chief executive Dina Tutungi, who told staff later “[I] kicked myself” for sharing the email without knowing whether it could have been a cyberattack containing malicious software.
