Slater & Gordon staff win pay rise of up to 22pc
Slater & Gordon staff will get wage increases of up to 22 per cent over three years under a deal that ends a long-running dispute and does not include an initial union demand that would have extended its reach at the Labor-aligned legal firm.
Talks on a new enterprise agreement with staff were derailed last month when Fair Work Commission-brokered negotiations broke down and Slater & Gordon put its own deal to union members.
