Partnerships get younger as firms seek digital skills

The major accounting and advisory firms are admitting partners at a younger age than in the past as they seek to beef up digital skills at the top.
More than 20 per cent of this year's new partners are aged between 31 and 35, according to the 2015-16 Accounting Partnership Survey.
