Moves to deport 'bad character' Indigenous men in High Court

Moves to deport two Indigenous men who have been held in immigration detention centres will go before the High Court on Monday.
The legal team for Daniel Love and Brendan Thoms will appear before Justice James Edelman in Brisbane for a directions hearing on their claim against the Commonwealth for unlawful detention.
