Law firm accused of improper billing and discrimination
National law firm Lander & Rogers has been accused of operating improper billing schemes by a former employee who says it failed to provide appropriate facilities after he began to use a wheelchair.
The claims are made in a wide-ranging adverse action claim by former legal assistant Tobias O’Hehir, who alleged he was made redundant after complaining about the firm’s attitude towards accommodating his disability.
