Kimmitt email ‘off the planet’, says legal doyen

Legal industry doyen Mark Leibler has described the email that led to Annette Kimmitt’s departure from MinterEllison CEO as “totally off the planet and incomprehensible”.

Mr Leibler, the senior partner at Arnold Bloch Leibler and a confidant of politicians and business leaders for 50 years, said the way Ms Kimmitt reacted to news the firm was acting for Attorney-General Christian Porter was “completely misplaced”.
