At 10.56am on March 3, Annette Kimmitt pressed send on an email that will probably end her stint as chief executive of Australia’s largest law firm, MinterEllison.
It also set off a wider discussion about the ethics of legal practice, the modern workplace and how leaders position themselves with staff and clients.
