Boutique consultancy ThinkPlace believes it has eliminated the confusion, awkwardness and "cognitive load" of the long Zoom sessions that have become the norm amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The firm is instead using AirLabs, an inhouse set of more than 20 digital tools that includes online video conferencing, virtual whiteboards and voting, to hold workshops with large groups of clients.
