Former federal health minister Greg Hunt is set to join Alvarez & Marsal, as the New York consultancy flags raids on the big four rivals.

The firm has lured more than 30 partners from the embattled major consulting firms since it landed in Australia in 2022, with the promise of lucrative pay days under its “eat what you kill” remuneration model.
