The enforced move to virtual courts during the COVID-19 crisis could end up delivering more "effective" court operations and some real savings for legal consumers, says Federal Court Chief Justice James Allsop.
The national court was getting back to normal and the only matters now on hold were those involving litigants who were unable to deal with the technology, he said.
