When leading law firm Herbert Smith Freehills started a reverse mentoring pilot 18 months ago, Myra Beal volunteered to pair up with the boss.
Ms Beal was only six months into her graduate program and wanted to know more about the business. So, the firm's executive partner for Australia, Andrew Pike, was her first pick.
