Aussie CEOs 'reluctant to challenge status quo'

Nigel Andrade has a "two to three-year rule" that has taken him from Mumbai to Sydney via consulting stints in New York, London, Singapore, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
The 44-year-old Jesuit-educated mathematics graduate, who briefly considered becoming a priest, uses this rule to set himself ambitious work goals. He applies the same type of intensely focused, enterprising time frame for his clients when advising them in his role as a partner of strategy consulting firm Kearney.
